Our staff of professional process servers is prepared to get your legal documents served anywhere in the State of California or Nationwide. Unlike other companies, we only use Bonded & Registered Process Servers when serving legal documents within the State of California.

Callahan Attorney Services will pick up from your office 3 times weekly at a pre-determined time. All documents are returned to our offices are reviewed by experienced personnel and tracked in our computer system prior to being delivered to the appropriate court. Daily pick-up is available upon request. Please call for rates.

Our San Diego process servers file documents anywhere in San Diego and surrounding counties same day service or routine service is available.

Civil and criminal indexing and case file copying are available in all jurisdictions. Callahan Attorney Services will advance fees when necessary, said fees are due upon delivery.

CAS will perform skip-tracing and obtain vital information on any person or entity you wish to locate. CAS provides stake-outs along with photos upon request.

Payment may be made when services are rendered or arrangements may be made prior to services rendered for weekly or monthly billing via e-mail, fax, or courier mail.
